JDR Online, the online publication of JDR, is currently accepting submissions. If you wrote an ADR-related paper in your seminar or other ADR-related scholarship (such as your Note), consider submitting it to JDRO. As a reminder, ADR includes, but is not limited to: mediation, arbitration, med-arb, negotiation, summary judgments, and mini-trials.
